uShop Live is operated by NETIKASH SAS, located at 01, Avenue Kasangulu, Lubumbashi, Democratic Republic of Congo.
This policy applies to customers, merchants, collection point partners, administrators, visitors, and other users of the platform.

We may collect customer data such as order history, selected collection points, payment status, and pickup confirmation details.
We may collect merchant data such as business name, merchant profile, products, orders, commercial balances, and payout requests.
We may collect collection point data such as collection point name, code, city, contact details, fulfillment records, and payout requests.
We may collect payment and payout data such as payment references, transaction status, payout method, payout destination details, payout OTP records, and commercial ledger records.
We may collect technical and security data such as IP address, browser/device data, logs, authentication events, API activity, and security events.
3. How we use personal data
We use personal data to create and manage user accounts, authenticate users, protect accounts, display products and merchant storefronts, process orders and payments, manage fulfillment and pickup, calculate service fees and commercial balances, process payout requests, send OTPs and transactional emails, provide support, detect fraud and security abuse, maintain logs and audit trails, and comply with legal, regulatory, tax, and operational obligations.
4. Legal and operational basis for processing
We process personal data where necessary to provide the platform, perform user-requested services, protect our systems, fulfill contractual obligations, comply with legal obligations, and support legitimate business operations.
5. Payment and payout processing
Payment and payout data may be processed by Netikash, banks, mobile money providers, or other payment partners where necessary to complete transactions.
We do not ask users to provide sensitive payment credentials directly unless required for an authorized payment or payout process.
Payout OTP codes are used to confirm the legitimacy of payout requests and are time-limited.
6. Data sharing
We may share data with merchants where needed to fulfill customer orders, collection points where needed to process pickup, payment providers where needed to process payment or payout, email providers where needed to send notifications, hosting and infrastructure providers, legal or regulatory authorities where required, and professional advisors where needed for compliance, legal, or audit purposes.
We do not sell users’ personal data.
7. Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the platform, maintain transaction history, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements.
Commercial ledger records, payment records, payout records, and order records may be retained for longer periods due to audit, accounting, and compliance requirements.

We use technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including role-based access control, password hashing, HTTPS in production, restricted admin access, OTP confirmation for payout requests, database access restrictions, logging, audit trails, backup procedures, and security monitoring where available.

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure, using strong passwords, logging out from shared devices, and reporting suspicious account activity.
Users must not share OTP codes with unauthorized persons.
